Mr. Xiande Li is a founder, chairman of the board of directors and the chief executive officer of the company, as well as the chairman of the board of directors of Jiangxi Jinko. Prior to founding the company, he served as the marketing manager at Zhejiang Yuhuan Solar Energy Source Co. Ltd. from 2003 to 2004, where his responsibilities included overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations. From 2005 to 2006, he was the chief operations supervisor of ReneSola Ltd.

Mr. Xianhua Li is a founder and director of the company. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Li served as the chief engineer of Yuhuan Automobile Company, where his major responsibilities included conducting and managing technology research and development activities and supervising production activities, from 1995 to 2000. From 2000 to 2006, he was the factory director of Zhejiang Yuhuan Solar Energy Source Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for managing its research and development activities.

Mr. Haiyun (Charlie) Cao is a director of the company. He was our chief financial officer from September 2014 to May 2021 and financial controller from February 2012 to September 2014. Prior to joining us, Mr. Cao served as a senior audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2002 to 2012. Mr. Cao holds professional accounting qualifications, including AICPA and CICPA. He has a master’s degree in management science and engineering from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2002 and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Jiangxi University in 1999.

Mr. Gang Chu served as the chief operating officer and a member of the management committee of China International Capital Corporation Limited ("CICC") from March 2015 to February 2024. Between November 2015 and August 2024, he served as director on the boards of various subsidiaries of CICC. Between May 2009 and March 2015, he held various leadership roles at CICC, including as the head of strategy research in the research department, the head of capital markets, and the deputy chief operating officer of CICC. Prior to joining CICC, he worked at Citigroup from September 1993 to August 2008, holding various roles, including risk manager of emerging markets, proprietary trader of U.S. municipal bonds, the head of the Latin American equity derivatives business, and a managing director of the Citigroup Alternative Investments. Mr. Chu obtained a bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Science and Technology of China in July 1987 and a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from Northeastern University in the United States in September 1993. He also attended the Leonard N. Stern School of Business of New York University from September 1996 to June 1997. Mr. Chu became a Chartered Financial Analyst in September 2002.

Mr. Wing Keong Siew has been a director of the company since May 2008. Mr. Siew was appointed by Flagship Desun Shares Co., Limited, one of the holders of the company’s series A redeemable convertible preferred shares. He founded Hupomone Capital Partners in 2003. Mr. Siew was president of H&Q Asia Pacific China and Hong Kong from 1998 to 2003 and a general manager of Fairchild Systems for Asia, managing director of Mentor Graphics Asia Pacific and managing director of Compaq Computer Corporation from January 1988 to September 1988. In 1995, he formed a joint venture with UBS AG to raise a China Private Equity Fund. He worked as senior vice president of H&Q Singapore from 1989 to 1995. Mr. Siew received his bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Singapore University in 1975 and his presidential/key executive MBA from Pepperdine University in 1999.

Mr. Steven Markscheid has been an independent director of the company since September 15, 2009. He has also been chairman of Still Waters Green Technology since 2019, and board member of Fanhua, Inc. since 2007, ZZ Capital International since 2015, and Xiaobai Maimai since 2017. Mr. Markscheid was previously a representative of the US-China Business Council from 1978 to 1983, vice president of Chase Manhattan Bank from 1984 to 1988, vice president of First Chicago Bank from 1988 to 1993, case leader of Boston Consulting Group from 1994 to 1997, director of business development of GE Capital (Asia Pacific) from 1998 to 2001, director of business development of GE Capital from 2001 to 2002, senior vice president of GE Healthcare Financial Services from 2003 to 2006, chief executive officer of HuaMei Capital Company, Inc. from 2006 to 2007. He received his bachelor’s degree in East Asian studies from Princeton University in 1976, his master’s degree in international affairs and economics from Johns Hopkins University in 1980 and an MBA degree from Columbia University in 1991.
